GTILA maintains the Arnold R. Beisser, M.D. Scholarship Fund, a philanthropic program to support trainees who have enrolled for gestalt therapy training (with either Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles [GATLA] or Pacific Gestalt Institute [PGI] and can demonstrate financial need. For those of you who can afford to, please donate to the Arnold R. Beisser, M.D. Scholarship Fund to help support trainees who are experiencing financial need. We offer the Arnold R. Beisser, M.D. Scholarship, a partial scholarship, to support trainees everywhere who can demonstrate financial need and who are enrolled in a GATLA or PGI training program. We also offer the Jan Ruckert Scholarship, a full scholarship, for the GATLA and PGI Weekend Training Programs to encourage the training of therapists who are members of the Los Angeles community’s historically underserved racial and ethnic minorities. Please visit the application pages (links below) to learn more about specific criteria and to see the application deadlines.
