I specialize in providing de-colonized, anti-oppressive therapy to upwardly-mobile Latinos and other BIPOC folx. My passion about intersectionalities of race, color, and class informs my work in helping my clients address issues related to trauma, stress, anxiety, conflict, and upward mobility. As a Gestalt psychologist in Los Angeles, I also weave psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed theories into my work, providing individual, couples, and group therapy in my private practice.

As a proud Latino who grew up in a working-class family on the eastside of Los Angeles, and a first-generation college student, I know personally the struggles of crossing cultural and class boundaries to become a member of the middle class. My hard-fought journey allows me to deeply understand and safely navigate my clients' often unseen traumas and suffering. I meet my clients where they are, and I guide them through exploring who they are, how they got where they are, what they most want in life and in their current situation - and together we develop new ways to create the lives they've always longed for.
