We tend to lump panic and anxiety together and see them as fear-based experiences that can be treated similarly in psychotherapy. Likewise, all phobias are lumped together and treated as instances of fears that have been crystalized. In this salon, we will open for discussion the implementation of EMDR therapy for trauma within the framework of relational gestalt therapy.
